Awarded The National Tribute Award 2013 from the Agents association for his amazingly accurate tribute to Simply Red's Mick Hucknall, and still the current holder of the title. Performing as Mick since 1991 after appearing on - and winning his heat of - Granada Television's "Stars In Their Eyes". He is often mistaken for the real thing.
For two years following the show he toured with his Simply Red tribute band “Wonderland”, and they performed at venues throughout the UK and Europe. They moved onto a successful theatre tour 'Simply Red farewell', and to date he continues to tour both solo and with the band.
